• However, if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact 6267669992 or email to oushangimport@gmail.com. Describe the situation and wait for a response within 24 hours. 

• Returns for re-inspection must be returned to us and received within 10 business days of package delivery. The product must be the same as delivered, with no damage, soiled, stained, torn, and be free of offensive odors. 

* We cannot send you a replacement until we have received the damaged item and it may take up to 7 business days.

* Shipping and expediting fees are non-refundable.
